• Google Play Billing on Android

• Apple In-App Purchase on iOS

Company Responsibility

DREAM STUDIO TEAM VN does not directly collect or store payment card information. All payment processing is handled by Google or Apple.

Refund Policy

Users must follow the refund policies of Google Play or the App Store.

For technical issues (e.g., payment completed but items not received), the company will:

• Verify the transaction

• Restore the missing item or equivalent value

• Process resolution within 3–7 working days

Gacha System

All gacha draws are based on probability mechanics. Users acknowledge and accept that all outcomes are random and not guaranteed.

3. Chính sách hoàn tiền
   Người chơi tuân theo chính sách hoàn tiền của Google Play hoặc App Store.

Các trường hợp lỗi kỹ thuật (mua nhưng không nhận vật phẩm) sẽ được:

• Xác minh

• Khôi phục vật phẩm hoặc giá trị tương đương

• Xử lý trong thời gian từ 3–7 ngày làm việc

4. Giao dịch gacha
   Các lượt quay gacha là cơ chế xác suất. Người chơi hiểu và chấp nhận rằng kết quả mang tính ngẫu nhiên.
