Service Introduction

These Terms of Service apply to the online video game “Blood Moon RPG,” developed and operated by DREAM STUDIO TEAM VN. By downloading, installing, or using the game, the user is deemed to have agreed to all terms stated herein.

Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all users accessing the game on Android and iOS platforms via Google Play and the App Store.

User Accounts

Players create accounts using a UID and password. Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. All activities performed under an account are considered to be carried out by the account owner.

The company reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts if any fraudulent activity, system interference, use of unauthorized software, or violation of Vietnamese law is detected.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Interfering with the game system, servers, or data

• Using hacks, cheats, or modified (mod) software

• Trading or selling accounts without authorization

• Exploiting system bugs for personal gain

• Posting or transmitting content that violates cultural norms or applicable laws

Content and Ownership

All in-game content, including but not limited to images, characters, audio, storyline, and data, is the intellectual property of DREAM STUDIO TEAM VN.

Third-Party Services

The game utilizes services provided by Google LLC, Apple Inc., and their respective payment systems.

Changes to Terms

The company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the game after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Giới thiệu dịch vụ
   Điều khoản này áp dụng cho trò chơi điện tử trên mạng “Blood Moon RPG” do Blood Moon RPG phát triển và vận hành bởi DREAM STUDIO TEAM VN. Khi người chơi tải, cài đặt hoặc sử dụng trò chơi, người chơi được xem là đã đồng ý với toàn bộ điều khoản này.

2. Phạm vi áp dụng
   Điều khoản áp dụng cho toàn bộ người chơi sử dụng trò chơi trên nền tảng Android và iOS thông qua Google Play và App Store.

3. Tài khoản người chơi
   Người chơi tạo tài khoản bằng UID và mật khẩu. Người chơi chịu trách nhiệm bảo mật thông tin tài khoản của mình. Mọi hoạt động phát sinh từ tài khoản được xem là do chính chủ tài khoản thực hiện.

Doanh nghiệp có quyền khóa hoặc hạn chế tài khoản nếu phát hiện hành vi gian lận, phá hoại hệ thống, sử dụng phần mềm trái phép hoặc vi phạm quy định pháp luật Việt Nam.

4. Hành vi bị nghiêm cấm
   Người chơi không được:

• Can thiệp vào hệ thống trò chơi, máy chủ hoặc dữ liệu.

• Sử dụng công cụ hack, cheat, mod.

• Mua bán tài khoản trái phép.

• Lợi dụng lỗi game để trục lợi.

• Đăng tải nội dung vi phạm thuần phong mỹ tục hoặc pháp luật.

5. Nội dung và quyền sở hữu
   Toàn bộ nội dung trong game (hình ảnh, nhân vật, âm thanh, cốt truyện, dữ liệu) thuộc quyền sở hữu của DREAM STUDIO TEAM VN.

6. Dịch vụ bên thứ ba
   Trò chơi sử dụng dịch vụ từ Google LLC, Apple Inc., và hệ thống thanh toán tương ứng.

7. Thay đổi điều khoản
   Doanh nghiệp có quyền cập nhật điều khoản. Người chơi tiếp tục sử dụng game sau khi cập nhật được xem là đồng ý với nội dung mới.
